Her responsibilities included producing in-depth market research, tracking investment performance, and adjusting strategies in response to regulatory changes. She also contributed to two startup initiatives, designing a fintech platform for transaction splitting and developing a business plan for a motorized pool accessory.
In her free time, Dana stays active with snowboarding, skiing, skateboarding, and kickboxing. She’s also passionate about music, travel, and experiencing different cultures through food.
Dana earned her degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance & Banking from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.

Kate Burilkina

Analyst

Kate began her finance career as a Financial Assistant at State Construction, where she started immersing herself in the world of finance. She then advanced her career by joining Wildberries, the leading online retailer in Eastern Europe, where she worked as a Budget Analyst. Additionally, Kate co-founded a digital marketing startup and served as the Financial Analyst. Her primary responsibilities included developing and managing financial statements and reports.
Beyond her studies, Kate hosts a podcast, enjoys surfing, and reads both classical and business literature.
Kate holds a degree in Financial Wealth Management from Suffolk University.

Viktor Lobov

Founding Partner

Prior to co-founding Meliora Group, Viktor assisted lower-middle-market companies with exploring their strategic alternatives, fundraising, recapitalization, and executing business sale transactions. His core expertise lies in managing sell-side M&A transactions with owner-operated businesses in consumer, industrial, business services, manufacturing, and healthcare industries. He has years of experience in structuring and negotiating transactions with private equity and venture capital professionals.
Viktor is also an active board member of a number of US-based businesses where he oversees growth and financing initiatives.
In his free time, Viktor loves to travel, network, discover hidden-gem restaurants, and practice boxing.
Viktor holds a BSBA from Northeastern University, graduating summa cum laude.

Dariy Al-Khamid

Before co-founding Meliora Group, Dariy established a strong foundation in both sell-side and buy-side transactions across the logistics, technology, and consumer industries. His career has spanned from strategic consulting for lower-middle-market businesses to advising on high-profile transactions for some of the world’s most prestigious public companies. Prior to this, Dariy successfully founded and managed several small business ventures in the eCommerce, wholesale, and retail sectors.
Currently, Dariy is a board member of several businesses where he guides efficiency and scalability.
Outside of work, Dariy is passionate about reading psychology and scientific literature, exploring breakthrough technologies, and staying active through martial arts and tennis.
Dariy holds a BSBA from Northeastern University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
